Custom is a Credit Union management system, designed to work with the latest technology. The whole system has been built using years of experience with Credit Union management and by listening to user feedback.

• Analyse membership by grouping members by terms you define. Members can have as many Custom fields as you wish and you can build reports on those fields.
• Stay in touch with your members using emails and text messaging.
• Your logo on reports and letters. No need for preprinted letter heads.
• Letters print address field in envelope window. Or print address direct to envelope or dymo address printer.

Technical details

• Uses client/server technology to allow a true multi-user environment.

• Makes use of the latest hardware, including mobile phones, USB receipt and label printers and graphics pads.

Add-ons We offer the following components as addons to the core system.

• Photograph system. Have a photo of the member visible on the processing and members screen. Take pictures with a web cam.
• Unlock more accounts. The core system has 4 share and 2 loan accounts per member. If this isn't enough you can unlock more in blocks of 3.
• Members website system. Allow members to login to a secure website and see balances and transactions. Users can also make a statement, view / send messages to and from the Credit Union. And easily calculate and submit loan and share applications to the Credit Union for processing. For more information click here. The website system has been developed by the same programmer that built Custom.
• Coming soon : Automated payment system. Import your bank transactions to be posted automatically.

The database server controls access to the data. It is important that the computer that controls this makes your data its priority. For example, if you use a windows computer as a server and someone uses the computer for browsing the internet then your database will not be the computers priority and other users may get sluggish performance.

The server can be made to take regular backups eg nightly or weekly. And can have hardware features to lessen downtime if there is a hardware failure eg RAID hard drives and battery backed up power supplies.
